Thank you Sheila's for carefully delivering my Boyfriend's Mother her Mother's Day arrangement. She was very surprised, and ecstatic to receive such a beautiful arrangement. I live out of state and my sister was recently released from a lengthy hospital stay. I ordered flowers on Sheila's website for her for delivery the next day. The online ordering process was easy to navigate and user friendly. The next morning Sheila called me to let me know she was out of tulips and gave me other options to use for the bouquet. I really appreciated this because other florists I have used did a substitution without notifying me or asking for my input. I understand substitutions are sometimes a necessary thing in the floral business but I was really pleased with the communication I received from Sheila's. The bouquet was exactly what was described online (except for the tulips) and my sister was very pleased with what she received. If I ever need to send flowers in the Galt area again I will be using Sheila's.
